My sync speed was back to normal a few hours after the drop but my ip profile still hasn't changed. Any help would be much appreciated.

That IP profile doesn't look very happy to me. Master socket/Line problem/Filter problem/Router problem?

It can take a few days (upto 5) for IP profile to increase again. Though big rises should happen quicker than small ones, so I would probably have expected it to have risen by now.

Maybe raise a ticket re the issue?

Nah, i've tried all the usual swapping and fiddling about, no joy. I even tried turning it off and on again. Anyways the sync speed looks solid and steady, so it all looks good apart from the skanky profile.

There should be no need to do anything - the sync rate had risen back up after a few hours - uou just need to wait for the BT system to increase the ip profile to match

Nothing, by the time I emailed Support BT had already raised my ip profile back up, oops :D.
