usage reports wrong ?

just gone into my account and its showing as 97% of my offpeak download allowance is used which is kinda odd cos earlier in the day it was only about 60% or there abouts

is this a glitch cos its the weekend in 1 hour and dont fancy going over my limit not to mention im not due to be rebilled till the 14 or 15 of the month

i have downloaded a fair bit but wasnt aware id done that much and usually have at least 20 or 30 gigs left over in both sections at the end of the month

if its not wrong am i correct in thinking i can go up to the next account amounts and be charged that accounts monthly charge instead of the one im on plus a £5 admin fee ?

If it has just jumped up during the day then that does sound like a hiccup in the system (which still isn't right yet , so wouldn't surprise me), as the figure should only get updated at midnight (well it seems to get updated around 1-2 am, but for the usage upto the midnight)

But yes, if you go over, then its the difference + 5 quid as you say.

Oh hang on, I've just been to check on my figures, which look ok, but I've noticed the missing days have appeared (after the problems with the system recently the figures for 25-27 Jan still weren't being included) - I'm certain they weren't there yesterday.

Now 26&27 Jan are the weekend, so it's quite possible I guess for a wodge of Off peak bandwidth to have not been counted. Have you by andy chance got lots of used bandwidth on those days, would that explain things?

if its a weekend then more than likely , its a good job those missing figures were added 2 hours ago cos the weekend is here and id have gone over for sure and had they been added on monday or tuesday id be less than happy to say the least

i dont mind going over knowing i have and being prepared to pay the penalty but to go over for missing data thats not my fault wouldnt be nice

Yes, the missing days are showing on most accounts which probably does account for the missing data.

The programmers @ Enta were informed about this on Thursday so are solving it.
