Hi,
A quick query please in relation to the daily usage email I receive. My billing period beginss on 17th of each month. This month the usage email I receive daily seems not to have re-set. This mornings email reports I only have 19.39 gb of peak remaining. There is no way I've used 10gb of data in 3 days.
Are there problems being experienced with the usage emails?

Do the figures in the usage email concur with the usage figures displayed on your account pages (ie is the fault with the email or the underlying data

Thanks for your reply, it appears that the email is wrong, the usage data only shows 1.58 gb of total peak use.

Let us know what it says in the e-mail tonight please so we can tell whether the email reports are still an issue.
