Somebody has given us a real rubbish rating on DSLZone

.....and its come from an ADSL24 user too :(

Odd - not had any compaints or unhappy customers contact us at all...

That particular user has only been on ADSL24 for 48 hours - not a very fair rating :(

I've e-mailed them to see if there is anything we can do. It's probably just the 10 day training period making it slow...

"Brian James had the same problem". More so from non ADSL24 IP's. It looks like the issue concerns the speed expectation's. But once you receive a Negative value it take's a lot of Positive postings to cancel the BAD:(

Well at least it will prove one thing to those moaning about the ratings being rigged
The ISP rating is fair and truthful, good or bad is posted

I guess people are entitled to their opinions, that's what it's there for after all, but it's interesting to note that the speed rating got such a low mark in light of the fact some people some unable to differentiate between "up to 8Mbps" rather than consistently achieving that speed 24/7 ;)

Well, just put my vote in - should make up for the bad one... :)

Yeah know what you mean about TOScali, I'm so grad to be rid of that bunch of clowns, don't forget to watch their few minutes of limelight on watchdog tonight ;)

It's been put back to next week apparently - probably haven't yet had enough time to collate all the complaints.

What a difference a good ISP makes...

After two bad ratings on DSLZone somebody had posted a good rating, and that is what I meant by saying the good/high rating was more representative of ADSL24,

Just goes to show you can't keep all the people happy all of the time. Come Thursday I'll have been here 10 days (so far it's been 10 out of 10), then I'll feel eligible to add my rating on dslzone.

i really hope it says he has only been with adsl24 for 48 hours and he states clearly the reasons for his review so that anyone that does bother to take 5 minutes to understand the basics ( especially here ware theres a easy accesed forum, friendly staff etc ) would realise that there view is based no more in facts then the bible.

otherwise its kinda of a pointless site

* yea i said he all the way through instead of he/she and i will until we adopt a single word that includes both sexes dont blame me for a cultral error that no ones cares to correct. ;)
