i'm sorry if this question has been posted before but today is not going well at all!
no matter how hard i try i can't login to my user in the adsl24 cPanel / Webmail. i've tried using my username with my adsl login password and my registered email with adsl login password, but i get either login failed or the sign in screen again.
read somewhere that all internet clutter needs to be dispensed of so i've cleared internet cache / temp files / cookies etc etc but all to no avail.
what blonde hair i used to have is long gone but i'm certainly having one of those moments, infact the bit of grey is gone now on account of me pulling it all out!!!
would some kind soul pleeeeze help?
If you had Brian's email when you signed on and you read through it carefully you'll find the cPanel login & pass are different to the adsl login/pass and you should find it under the heading New Account Info, about halfway through the email, along with your domain name, IP, quota & bandwidth.
If you've signed on since the changeover that won't help as the format of the current email for new users is no doubt different.

Did you receive an email with the subject; Your Adsl24 Email And Hosting Details
Domain: username.adsl24.co.uk
Username:=username (without the ".adsl24.co.uk")
Password: xxxxxxxxxx

Cliff:)
