IP Addresses

Hi, guys.
Hope somebody can shed some light on the following:
I have requested a block of 8 IP addresses but they do not show in my "Order Details" section yet (all I can see is one subnet and seven IPs which don't look right because only the last octet is present, e.g.: 0.0.0.1 and so on). And my expected date of activation is tomorrow (03.03.2008).
I would like to write them down so that I am prepared with the switch-over.
Does anyone know how long before the actual activation time I will get them?

That's bizzare - it's likely the IP's have just not been generated yet. These will usually be generated as soon as payment is made and BT respond with the activation date etc or shortly after. If you PM me your tel. number I can find out.

Hi James,

I've got the same problem, signed up last week had the email confirming payment BT order etc on teh 27th but I've still got an address of 255.255.255.255 Should have a block of 8.

Shame as I was hoping to setup my new router this weekend.
