Hi

Just migrated from the worst ISP in the land .

Fed up with there lies and my speed being capped .I was on Paltinum with AOL started off at 6.5mb then dropped to half a meg.

24.99 a month for speeds 10 x faster than dial up no thanks.

One downside of the move is i will miss the comedy Tech support and live help provided when trying to sort my speed drop issues.

Cant wait to be up and running with ADSL 24:D :D :D :D

Regards

Justin

This is exactly the same that happened to me on the gold package.

I also have a m8 who is having same issues thought he could leave but found he still has 6months to do. There was the option when they were bought out but this was in the small print just like the fair usage wording.

I am glad i got out when i did

I know its a nightmare trying to explain to tech support. For over a week various speed tests showed 489 kbps hell of a battle to sort it.

Luckily ive been dealing with a manager who has helped a lot amazingly today some of my speed has returned still not what it was but just done a test and its 5.2mb

Still glad to leave them though .The support with ADSl 24 seems excellent couldnt log into C panel earlier sent a pm and within minutes had a call to sort it out . Silly me hadnt read the full context of the activation e mail with instructions to log in
