Ive redone the poll again with more options, dont sit on the fence VOTE AGAIN!. Im sure now that there is enough options to suit every individuals experience of their service. Im sure you will agree that it will be interesting to see the results.

i would agree that is a fairer range of options that should produce a more accurate picture

all these polls seem churlish to me. anyone not happy can leave, those happy will stay. whats the point in the polls when you can vote with your feet?

Because you might be happy with much of the service, but unhappy with others. you might prefer to stay for the good bits if only the poorer bits would improve. It's one tool to draw attention to that I guess.
Though the number of customers who are likely to read these forums and also answer a poll is probably so small as to be pretty meaningless.
I'm wondering about the 2 (so far) people who are happy with off peak speeds and find peak speeds slow - either they have odd connections or they've got peak and off peak mixed up. Me, I've no idea what my actual speeds are at different times anymore. Does that mean I'm happy with them I wonder?

Voting through the medium of dance :p.
Its not the speed for me, its the disconnections Ive been getting lately.
I reply.... I am happy with my ISP , but its BT lack of maintenance and upgrades that causes me to have a poor sync speed.... nothing can be done by ANY ISP - so its down to BT..... therfore no point complaining.
But.... anything above 2MBs in my view is enough. Those on 5MB+ complaining , please be quiet :-)

Some people just don't understand what forums are for. They are there for discussion, debate, complaints, praise..whatever you want to talk about. Therefore a poll on how people feel about the service is just as valid an excercise as anything else.
