MSN messenger down tonight?

Its taking me multiple attempts to sign in and im getting random disconnects.
I dont think its my end as ive rebooted router and PC, and my Xbox Live connection is running perfectly.

Service status showing no problems, however it did this last time there was a (confirmed) outage.

I've been connected to MSN all day without it losing connection once. It's still connected now too.

My ICQ and MSN are both faling to connect, and have been since I got home (was working fine at work).

Could it be related to the ISP bust up between Cogent and Telia?
