My new ADSL24 account should go live in 2 days and I cannot login anywhere. I was about to sort out the direct debit thingy, but my username/password is being rejected. I can't login anywhere. Is something broken somewhere? Or do I not exist.

Ok. No probs.... Phew. Just re-read the email I received and when I placed the migration order over the phone, it looks like someone made a typo on the password I asked for. Two of the letters are the wrong way around. I'm good now I noticed that.

Are the login details the same as for the user account?

Hiya Terry,im new to this as well if i remeber rightly its your email address you signed up with and password you used,or at least mine is.Hope this helps :)

Warm welcome to ADSL24:D
You should receive an email from Accounts[at]enta.net.......This should include your Username and a password to setup direct debit etc.
Any problems with Enternet billing phone 08707709540......I would suggest you contact James/Paul at ADSL24 if in doubt.

Hmmm. I tried the email addy I gave when I signed up and the ADSL24 password that they sent in the email.
Still no joy.
Looks like I'll be on the phone in the morning.

Found the bugger.... YAY.
Jeeez. I should clean my mailbox out once in a while.

Glad your sorted....Suggest once you have sorted your permanent Email(NEW),you edit your ebilling account detail's.

Just to clear up. There's 2 emails. One from ADSL24, and one from Enta. The Enta one contained the details I needed for billing.
I was unaware that I had that email, until Cliff pointed out the address it came from, allowing me to do a search on my inbox's.
I'm now setting up new details for billing, so I don't get confused again.
Too many mail accounts, not enough brains. :confused:

Hello,
It seems that whenever I log in to Hotmail my Broadband connection knocks off and I have to relog in. Any ideas?
