Yes i spoke to brian and what he said was he owns the licence for this but is willing to sell it cheap,so not sure all the ins and outs of it,maybe you would need to speak to him.
We used to have a clickable link at the top of the forums for this.

This is some software that Brian owns - he's offered to sell the licence to you at cost.
