:)Had a problem after migrating with a stuck profile at 2 meg.Got in touch with tech support and hey presto sorted in less than 48 hours.After having had such a crap support with my previous supplier this is a breath of fresh air.Thanks a million

stuck profile at 2 meg

i.e. the BT BRAS profile system didn't update the IP profile properly and it got stuck at 2000Kbps

the OP got it raised with support, who got BT to give it a kick ;)

nice speeds there multisync :)
