wrong username/password?

I have been getting this a lot while trying to access the billing c-panel,and it does not work with the entatool either! Anyone else get this?
In the last 3 days I have managed to get into the billing c-panel once!

Uther, yes, I have never been able to get into the billing area of Entatool, since downloading it months ago. I get the same message about wrong username/password. (It shows Centrals info okay, but not usage stats.)

Here on the Adsl24 website, I am able to access c-panel without any probs though.
