I have to laugh about it or I'd cry!

That's terrible, is that why I have to confirm I am over 18 to view it?

Because the line connection is obscene XD (that and I pressed the wrong radio button)

Still no answer from the powers that be at ADSL24?????

well first off you havnt given them all the info they will need in order to help you , such as your router stats plus you only posted at 7pm yesterday night so it hasnt been a long time realy with no answer (especially as last night was a saturday night) if you want quicker replys or help it may be better to send in a ticket that will go straight to the relevant people than post on a forum and have to wait for it to be seen

it may be an idea to read the forum for similer posts and try the help and advice in those before asking if you have a problem ........as your going to be asked to do the same thing as everyone else and if you have already done those steps then it will speed up matters :)

Have you tried connecting your ADSL router/modem to the test socket at the back of the master socket? You should really use a new filter when doing this.

One thing I've noticed is that it looks like your target SNR margin has changed from the default of 6 dB to 12 dB - this will partially account for the reduction in your sync speed.
