That looks awful! Maybe you can post your router stats so people can see the line noise figures etc?

I've got no problems whatsoever. Here's mine from a few mins ago:

mine seem ok as well though i have noticed a few weeks ago my ping has gone from 27 to 57 for some unknown reason

as mentioned above youd really need to give as much information about your line stats as possible for someone to be able to say 1 way or another what the problem is as a good percentage of speed related issues are not ISP related

The pings on speetest.net are usually wildy inaccurate anyway, so I wouldn't worry about it. Manually pinging the same server that gave me the 104ms result gives me a response of 17ms.

My speed has been poor for weeks as most of you know, although in this instance my situation isn't as bad as the OP. My profile has been stuck for 3 days now and I'm stuck with speed of around 1300kbps.

Even allowing for speedtests ping variance you are getting some very odd ping results. As has been suggested if you could post your router/modem stats people can see what attenuation and line noise you are getting and also what you are synched at.....do a few as if the synch varies as well then there is a problem.

You can also run the bt speedtest as well...speedtester.bt.com...do it from IE as it doesn't always work from Firefox.

I think a lot of connection problems is not the ISP but the creaking BT infrastructure.

Agreed artyman. The BT infustructure is on its knee's.
And the money the charge us for line rental alone (profits) they should have forseen these problems a long long time ago.
