Should i turn interleaving off with the following stats
Down Up
SNR margin (dB): 11.8 24.0
Attenuation (dB): 15.0 9.0
Rate (Kbps): 8128 448
Just would like to know whether its worth it
Your stats are similar to mine and turning interleaving to 'Off' made no difference whatsoever to the stability of my line, but decreased my ping times by 20. For that reason alone it's worth it.
Your router is connected at 8128 though, so you're interleaving is already off even if it's showing as AUTO.
Interleaving is helpful where packets get dropped, depends on your line quality.

Correct me if I'm wrong but his router syncs at 8128, but his actual IP Profile isn't at the max isn't it if he doesn't have Interleaving set to OFF?
Provided he's reliably synced at 8128 then his IP profile will be 7150 regardless of what his interleaving is set at. It currently must be set as AUTO, but the interleaving itself is actually off - BT just have the option of turning it on automatically should any problems occur.
If interleaving was currently on he'd be synced at either 7616 or 8096 depending on the router and he'd have a profile of 7000.
