So today at about 6pm~ My internet/phone mysteriously cut off for a few mins.. so i went down to check the box, switched filters to new ones etc. Then it connects fine.

I notice that my download speeds were extremely low.. so i check if their was any BT Fault reports on the line.. but nothing... theirs no sound difference/crackling on the phone so im like .. whats going on.. Then i check my max line reports. To find the following...

Dunno what happened, but it seems to me their is a fault on my line but nothing logged by BT as i see.. any idea if this Line report will change.. or will i constantly be on 2mb~ :x

Provided you stay connected at 7616 your profile should go back up. It always takes longer than when it falls, thank you BT!
