View Full Version : Stuck Profile- Raise a Ticket?

Hey all

Will it be ADSL24 or BT who sort out a stuck bRASS profile? Because I know that BT wont touch a line who is still in the training period so I'l open a ticket when I'm out of it (Monday), but if it's ADSL24 then i can open a ticket now.

Migrated last Thursday so today is day 9 of the training period, here is router stats and a few examples of the test at http://speedtester.bt.com/ :

• 16/03/07 (Day 2 Training)

Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 1836 kbps

• 19/03/07 (Day 5 Training)
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test
IP profile for your line is - 2000 kbps
DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM) 7616 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 1810 kbps

• 23/03/07 (Day 9 Training)
Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test:
IP profile for your line is - 2000 kbps
DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM) 7616 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 1828 kbps

So if you migrate is there still a 10 day training period ?

If your line is being trained then nobody will want to know about a stuck profile until you're out of the training period. Adsl24 has to pass these issues to Enta who forward them to BT.....so wait until next week.

Migrations may lead to retraining.

Yep - definately a stuck profile. On day 10 if it's still the same drop us a ticket and we'll pass it on to BT :)

Wow, 19:35 and a reply from an Admin, boy am i glad I migrated here! :D

Will drop a ticket on Monday then if necessary, Will be 2 days out of the Training by then.
