View Full Version : Migrating but no BT work order ?

I'm migrating to adsl24 & i should be activated 27/03 but BT say no outstanding work orders on my line .

Is this ok ?

BT don't have record - they only know about voice orders or BT broadband orders.

I've checked our system, and the provisional date BT have given us is the 27th :) (this can change, but it's rare that BT change the date unless they have a problem)
