Looking to join adsl24 but......

I have just ordered my MAC from tiscali:mad: becuase of the online gaming issues (severe traffic shaping)between 6pm and 11pm that they have in place. I really don't mind getting between 2 - 6 mb as long as the latency for my gaming is ok. Do adsl24 have such problems?

I don't see any posts on here regarding this issue so looks good :D

And is the 30Gb usage package enough for me ?
I work all day and surf / game in the evenings and plan to do any serious downloading when i'm asleep.

Gaming is spot on. Latency for gaming is ok..expect to ping 15-30ish. Obviously it depends on line quality.
I'm on the 30 gig package and find it more than adequate for the type of use you aim to use it for.

My line should be excellent and I can see my exchange from my house so should be fine. Sometimes my tiscali adsl hits 7Mb on speedtests very rarely I may add.

From 2 days of isp searching and good reviews about Entanet looks like adsl24 will be my new ISP soon I hope.

I'll be glad to get away from Tiscali.

I migrated from tiscali this month to the 30GIG package and never regretted it.
no gameing from 4:30 and weekends from 12am with tiscaly
gameing all the time here so i think it was a good change.

I swap to ADSL24 tomorrow if all goes well, tiscali were blocking all my ports, couldnt even get on msn LOL never mind playing counterstrike or call of duty 2!

I think they blocked every single port, most of the time i couldnt even browse the net lol!

Cant wait to get on adsl24 tbh and have some online gaming between 6-11pm (which is when most clan wars are!)
