Hi,

When going over the monthly quota, is any leeway given or is it a case of anything over the limit gets charged? I ask because I'm about 60Megs over a 30G cap at the moment and I can either be very careful until billing day or just go for it. If I'm going to be charged anyway, I might as well try to get my money's worth. :)

Cheers,
Dave

When is your billing date?

When is your billing date?

It's the 11th. Quite a while, but it's easy to keep to "ambient" usage during peak hours (which is what I should have done a good deal earlier!)

Cheers,
Dave

Move me? Do you mean you would've moved the billing date given more warning?

So will I definately get charged however much I go over the limit?

Cheers,
Dave

No, we could have changed the actual plan, not the billing date.

We can change the allowance plan mid-month, so that you will then be able to use up to 60GB in total this month and just get charged the rest of this month at Home 60. However, this will upgrade your package for next month too so unless you wish us to upgrade it this month and next it's cheaper to stay on Home 30 and pay the overusage fee.
