Have you managed to get sorted out yet?

I dropped connection a couple of times yesterday evening too but looking at my router stats it seems to have reconnected again straight away. I'm not sure if that's a fault at their end or mine though as I changed some settings in router yesterday so will see what happens today.

Yep all sorted, fault on my side, sort of, bit of a mess up over the DD for payment.

All sorted and working within minutes of contact, very fast and quick support. Brilliant.

I'm back up again just cost me 46 quid.
Thought it was something to do with the login though i never changed it. Usually when modem dont shut down properly. Always had this with V21 and they had to reset their end which could have been as long as 5 working days when they were good:cool:
