View Full Version : Customer server number 3 "Terra" now live
Good morning guys.
We had a lot of awsome names suggested for the new server but the one that caught our eye was Terra. Nice, simple, to the point and the planet we live on (currently).
The server is online and undergoing final tweaking and new customers accounts will now be created on her.
To the names that were not chosen this time, I doubt this will be our last customer server!
Any questions fire away.
Yeh are you going to automate the login process so we don't have to select which server we're on???
No way of do that really your IP is not tied into it in anyway.
All you need to go to is username.adsl24.co.uk/cpanel and should take you there.
i'm far to lazy for that.. You could create a custom log-on screen that once you enter your username it forwards you to username.adsl24.co.uk/cpanel... Might be a pain to code it to carry the password though...

I'll have a word with James and see if there is anything we can make work.
Ah you selected my obscure Star Trek reference then, Long live the Terran Empire! ;)

A cookie seems the obvious answer to bypassing the server screen (most of the time anyway.
Or having the login process handled by one server, logs you in, pulls relevant server from it's database and passes you on to relevant server. bit more complicated though :-)
