Now active but speed seems slow

I've just joined adsl24 & speed seems a bit slow....

Migrated on same package from my old isp to this.

I'm i on bt training period ?

During the training period you may see all kinds of speeds. Once it's behind you I'd expect to see things whizz along. If they don't then get onto support, but not until the 10 days have passed.

Speeds will of course vary due to contention (same with all ISP's) - but that will increase considerably with the new pipe being inatalled shortly. And as you are in the 10 day training period BT won't let us report slow speeds to them yet :)
