Hi James,

Tried to email you on support@adsl24.co.uk but got errors bouncing the mail back. I just received an invoice from Enta for £29.38 (I'm on Office Max 45), but I only went live yesterday and paid a month up front on my card! It says the payment is due on or before 4th April 2007.

Is this a sales invoice for the payment already made on my card, or are they charging me twice?? I shouldn't be billed again until 28 April 2007. My login is rainmaker@dsllogin.co.uk should you want to pull my details :)

Also here are my stats now I'm back on ethernet (couldn't resist, I hate wireless!).

Line Mode G.DMT Line State Show Time

Latency Type: Fast, Line Up Time: 00:01:40:38
Line Coding Trellis On Line Up Count 3

Statistics Downstream Upstream
Line Rate 8128 Kbps 832 Kbps
Noise Margin 13.8 dB 11.0 dB
Attenuation 19.0 dB 9.5 dB
Output Power 19.8 dBm 12.3 dBm

My profile has been stuck on 2000kbps since ADSL24 went live (I've ALWAYS synced at 7150 with 8128 downstream). I presume this is just the training process and the profile should raise back up above 2 megs in the next 10 days? It's weird downloading at 2 megs now - I've had 8 meg solid for two years before switching to ADSL24 as I can see the exchange from my house LOL

Do my line stats look ok?

Anyway thanks again. Service spot on so far :D
Cheers,

Lee

The invoice is just for the payment you;ve already made! Its just a receipt really.

The IP profile should raise up to 7150 within or at the end of the training period yes :)

Line stats are excellent.

Thanks James, sorry for the kerfuffle :D Just with having paid over a week ago, and only now receiving the "invoice", I panicked a bit lol

Sorry to have bothered you mate, thanks again.
Cheers,

Lee
