Email settings again please

Just getting my system sorted out again after last week and installing new hardware etc. so I need a bit memory jogging on how or what to put in where to set up thunderbird to send and recieve my emails.

Incoming server and outgoing server names please, as I have forgotten what I put there last time!

they are both "mail.yourusername.adsl24.co.uk" or just "mail.adsl24.co.uk" would work too.
