Can there be some kind of recognition about there being a problem. It's obviously not specific to a single line, it's happening to many. People will start to try different things to fix it and then there is all kinds of mess, better off just telling people how it is so they know and can relax.

It's not a general ADSL24 problem...

I'm still on ADSL Max - not due to upgrade to ADSL2+ until October.

It's either ADSL24, Entanet or BT issue.. nothing to do with anything my side of the master socket. I use shielded Cat5e cabling and it's run like a train for over two years now, it's only since changing to ADSL2+ that these problems have started. It will be the third day in a row tomorrow but before that it was OK.

ADSL24 ought to get compensation and so should we, it's not on!

Yea hello!!? I think you should offer a free £5 topup to anyone who has gone over their limit and also you really need to send an email out to explain that the new usage terms takes affect immediately instead of leaving your customers in the dark. This is a mess if indeed the problem lies with the 128k limit usage term, I doubt it's something else because these things don't normally last more than a few hours let alone a few days. Dear oh deary me!

Im on a 8mb plan, speeds had been hovering around the 4-5mb for 6 months. Then a few weeks back it dropped down to .5 of a meg then a week later i was running at 8mb that lasted a week and now im down to 3mb with a 2500kb throughput. If I knew it was going to be this bad Id have been better having a 2mb fixed line at this rate.
Ive sent off tickets and been waiting for my latest to be responded to and also spoke to the help line only to be told that a ip profile drop from 7128 to 3000 is within fault threshold. So I agree with everyone else somthing is seriously wrong here as my net had been great untill recently.
