any advice please

Your line is synced at the maximum it can without turning off interleaving. Your stats are fine. The line should operate perfectly well with interleaving turned off. Once you succeeded in having it turned off, you should see a small increase in download speeds and a 20ms or so reduction in ping times.

Best to open a ticket with support as only they can sort this for you.

you need to requiest interleaving off in your account pages. prblem is, it has been broke untill thisafternoon...

once requested, it takes 24 to 48 hours to complete

Thanks for the replies guys, i have allready made a ticket about the interleaving, just seems to be having problems with all of the account options:(

yeah i know, once i have chosen no it comes back to me saying Can't find ADSL account:s
