Hi James/Paul

The BT Wholesale announced price changes effective from 1 May 2007. The most detrimental part of the changes is the introduction of a cease charge of £33.75 + VAT to reflect the cost charged to BT Wholesale by BT Openreach for LLU SMPF. Is it true that Entanet’s new activation charge at £45+VAT will offset this. so that there will be no cease charge introduced.?

Activation charges will always be due and have no bearing on the new cease charge introduced by BT. However, I am pleased to announce that ADSL24 and Entanet will be absorbing the costs and not charging you if you wish to cease.

P.S. What do you mean by Entanet's *new* activation charge? It's always been there :)

Hi James....I have no intention of requesting a cease, as the service from ADSL24 is Exellent:)
It was in response to an article from another Enta reseller (http://bbs.adslguide.org.uk/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Board=entanet&Number=2962670&page=0&view=expanded&sb=5&o=0)
