Stuck Interleaving Status

Changed my interleaving status about 2 weeks ago and my account details page is still showing "updating" Tried to go in to "change" but it won't let me - comes back with "Intleave already set to Updating - please contact support"
Ideally I want it set to off.

Any suggestions or is this a ticket issue?

i'd suggest raise a ticket, it does state please contact support

If it's been 2 weeks, when selecting it off it states:

Thank you - your request has been received and will be processed within 48 hours

So a little ticket my help them rectify the problem, it will also aid you as they will be able to advise what the problem might have been :D

mine got sorted but it didn't really seem to lower my ping, its the same!

i got an email this morning saying
Interleaving Status now set to no
but it still says auto in line options
and updating in my account details
???

It takes 24 hours for interleaving to turn off.

It has completed. It is just stuck on Entas system so will show as updating till the programmers poke it..

Mines been stuck for weeks.....still updating ??
