question regarding billing

Hi

Just wondering how long does it usually take from paying the money for the adsl / activation cost and initial month to actually seeing the bill / receipt online in the billing system?

So far my initial month and additional charge to move off the LLU has been taken from my credit card but the bill is not in the billing system yet?

You should receive an invoice from Enta shortly for the payment you've just made for your initial month, which you can ignore as you've already paid it. It may not show up on your billing panel immediately.

The bill will show u on or shortly after your go-live date. You'll get an e-mail from the Billing department when its available to view on the e-Billing site :)
