If you were to exceed your usage limit there is a £5+VAT standard charge, plus you will be charged the difference between the cost of your current package and that of the next level up for that month.
Of course, this means you also get to use the whole allowance for the next package during that month once you've already gone into it too ;)
So really to sum it up if say you were on the MAX 30 product at £19.99 a month and you went over your 30GB you would be charged:
£5.85 + £10 to get you onto the MAX 60 package.
When does this kick in..... say you go 1Mb over your allowance, would you be charged for that much over-use.
As soon as you go over, the system will generate the £5+ charge. At the end of the period, it works out what package you used up to (eg 60GB) and adds the difference. Charges go on the next bill and not instantly though.
