Well I had a problem several months ago where my profile was stuck at 135, managed to get that sorted out but its happened again recently and worser than before. I've had interleaving turned off to see if that helps and it kept going down, now I cant connect for 2-3 hours sometimes. Support told me that we were getting no sync to the exchange, and when we finally get back on it's as slow as a turtle. Been 2 weeks now and i've already had an engineer out (waste of time) He said the socket is reading normal speeds??
