Hey,

Just migrated from BT at last and cant wait until my migration next week. Just one question though, I got the email stating the migration date, username, password and such for the "My Account" section. However, when i try to log on to the my account, it says that the username and/or password is wrong.

Do i need to wait until i migrate to have access to this, or is there a problem my end?

No if you have the email It should work. PM me your username and I'll look into it

Make sure you are just typing in "username" and not "username@adsllogin.co.uk" as shown on the login page...

Ahh right. I was typing in "username@adsllogin.co.uk". Works now if i just type in the username and not the @... afterwards. Thanks for the help guys.

No problem. I have made it clear on the login page:

"Your username and password are the same as your ADSL login details, minus everything after the @.
If your username is abc123@adsllogin.co.uk or abc123@adsl.enta.net - your username to login is abc123. " :)

I see that now. Can't believe i missed that :o I thought that had something to do with the forum login or something. My bad. Thanks again.
