Hi,

I have been in contact with your help department regarding what appears to be an IP profile 'stuck' issue. It seems to be stuck at 2mb, despite me being synced at 7884kbps.

I have had a few emails keeping me up to date, the last detailing BT's WOOSH test. No fault was found on the line.

What happens now?

We are awating Entanet response. We believe they have places a report with BT to look at it for you.
