activation only 4 days away

my activation is only 4 days away and as of yet i have not recieved the second email from adsl24 i got the first thank you for migrating then the billing from entranet and it says i will shortly recieve another but i havent!!

with only 4 days till activation i was wondering if i should be worried and ring up about this or if it was a normal procedure and it would come after activation.

i thought this might be the case because i persume your user name and pass will be wat you log on to my account with. But i have heard that the activation date on ur account is only a estimate and an email would come and tell you the real activation date. plz could u confirm if i should of recieved another email or not

This is normal, and is probably due to the fact Easter has been in the way which BT don't work through making sure migrations have a set date etc.

Whats your username? I'll manually send the e-mail for you now, let me know if you get it ok...

Stop worrying robo
It will go like clockwork on the day. Just remember, your line will have to undergo a 10 day training period. During that time, try to stay connected for as long as possible regardless of download speeds, 24/7 if possible.

I was activated on the 4th my peak downloads never dropped below 6.5 meg no stuck BRAS either. I disconnected BT on the afternoon of the 4th, reconnected using ADSL24 info, been connected ever since.

I am looking forwarding to a more stable and better speeds, as I have been experiencing to many disconnections with plusnet and when you are gaming that is not what you want to happen

when i look on my account it now says activation date the 18th it used to be the 13th and the email i got from u said the 13th
