Leave a ticket at the Help Desk (http://adsl24.co.uk/cgi-bin/pdesk.cgi), they will then inform BT, and BT will sort it out (hopefully), they did in my case anyways.

We have already logged a fault with BT ages ago regarding this. BT reeally need to sort their act out relating to stuck profiles as they are becoming a real pain for all ISP's

ADSL24 told me before migrating that I would not have to go through the 10 day training, phoned on day 2 (I think) to tell them my profile was stuck, was informed it would sort itself out after 3 days.

There was no change after 3 days, but was then told that I must be on the 10 day training and there was nothing ADSL24 could do until after this period.

Phoned again on day 11 and ADSL24 reported it to BT

Carl may I ask how long it took BT to sort yours out and did it switch to interleaved for a couple of days ?

Here is the latest update from BT:

15 - An Openreach engineer will be dispatched to test in the exchange. We will update you on completion.

15 - Frames engineer fix fault with Co-op

00 - GPMS case has been cleared

Can you reboot your router and try now?

You're welcome. I'll get back on to them again. It's pot luck with BT (same for any ISP)...

Hi Electron,

yeah, on day 14 i think it was, left a Ticket and turned off the router (overnight as reckomended) got up in the morning, ip profile was set to normal (7150k) and interleaving was turned off.

During the training period, mine was stuck at 2000k and interleaving was on. I even rebooted router everyday to see if the profile came unstuck, but it never did.

Guess i was one of the lucky ones who got it sorted out in a day.

You'll get it sorted, i know this place will do its best , but as James siad, it's BT who need to get into gear.

Hope its sorted soon, nothing worse then being capped at 2meg

Now on day 25 and still on 2000kbps :(

Any news for me James ?

This is now the last week of my first month with ADSL24, I would have liked things to have been sorted out by now

Hi Carl, thx for your reply

I'm on to them again (grrrrr BT). I really wish we had control of these profiles ourselves - we would be able to fix them in a few minutes. It's down to BT i'm afraid (as you know).
