Still no one aonswering the phones, spent 20 minutes on hold being first in line and no ones picking up! Not very impressed with your service this week!
The phones are set to 600seconds after this time it then asks you to leave a voice mail or email. It is not set to 20 minutes. Phones are working but we have been very busy as people trying to get stuff sorted in the run upto Christmas. If you have access to the internet you can just place the order online using your old details..

I spent 20 mins in total not at once :P I dont need to place an order I need to transfer account details from old account to new one, and since no ones processing tickets either I thought I'd phone... Meh
Tickets are being processed just a little behind due to the volume of ones being put in and the volume of calls we are getting.

only gripe i have how can you read important email if the internet is blocked expect through other internet sources which at the time was closed :D:D..

New customers only policy!
They obviously giving precedence to new customers as they are 'new money' - understandable.
I have a ticket not answered yet, but it is understandable for a small business and remember ADSL24 is under Enta and as you may understand, any business under another business is certainly slower.
James cannot everything, but certainly 'old' paying (yes I am paying ADSL more than my car lately!) customers should have precedence - if urgent.

Sounds like they only have one person answering as I've been 'first' for about 15 minutes now.
I eventually got through to James who sorted it out in about 2 minutes (I was just making sure they had my new MAC as the other one didn't validate).. so when they answer it's fast enough. Just need more peopple on the phones.

I think that there's only James and JamesL answering the 01457 6000 24 number. If you've got an ADSL specific technical issue, you can call 01457 6000 25 - this goes directly to Entanet technical support.

To be honest I wouldn't know which one to call.. seemed safer to stick with the ISP. I haven't had an activation date yet so presumably don't have any dealings with entanet (although I paid my initial fee to them directly, I have had no communication with them since).
The ADSL24 chaps are both excellent. It's hit or miss with Enta support though - some good, some muppets.
