Hi m8,

The package your on is a fixed rate 2meg if you wanted to get up to 8 you'll need to change package to one of the max packages. Think you can change it in the my account section.

Are you using a checker that's up to date?

Try Prodigy (http://www.prodigynet.co.uk/menu.php?page=support/adsllinecheck) if you've not tried it already.

Ummm....either your friend up the road is tied to a different exchange or the Prodigy checker is wrong, then. Final arbiter has to be the BT Checker (http://www.adslchecker.bt.com/pls/adsl/adslchecker.welcome).

I can confirm the Lucy Lane North exchange does in fact only have up to 2Mbps capabilities at the moment.

Thanks
