Having recently been changed to ADSL2+ I'm having issues with bandwidth usage being incorrectly reported.
First of all I got 2gb of usage striaght off the bat after changing over, even though I had only used about 500Mb, no explanation for that (not to mention 12 hours of non-service...)
I am also getting different reports fro the entanet website and ADSL24's account page about bandwith usage on different days, one site says 2gb for example on a particular day and the other says 1.01 or whatever - how does that work ?
Also enta net's monitor says I'm on 9.77/10Gb but ADSL's page says I'm on 11.76 ? So which one is it ?

First of all, you do know that ADSL2+ packages have different off-peak times to normal ADSL packages don't you? E.g. on ADSL2+ off-peak is midnight-8am 7 days a week...

With regards to your usage, I can see:

10.57 GB total 9.8 GB peak

Ignore the ADSL24 usage control panel for this month because you changed package mid-monh therefore that page is still showing you the old usage before you upgraded along with your new usage. Once your bill date comes around it will reset and all will be normal again. For this month use the Enta billing usage page to be certain you are in control.

Oh, ok I didn't realise it was from midnight. Thanks
