Hi

Will adsl24 ever be offering adsl2 or is it just adsl and nothing else? just wondering as some time in the future I might want to look at a faster connection?

thanks

Cecil.

Every ISP will be offering ADSL2+ soon as the BT 21CN upgrade is based on ADSL2+ therefore most ISP's will jump on the bandwagon. I know for a fact that our wholesale provider Entanet are in the process of testing this :)

I don't think they'd have any shortage of customers if they did - I for one would bite their arm off for ADSL2+, though hopefully they wouldn't be too expensive compared to other ISPs.

Looks like we all need to move to Cardiff!

I've got family down there, they are saying that it's been delayed for some reason

I'd expect some delays as this is a big, big project. If they mess it up, the entire of Cardiff might be offline :D

ADSL2 is already starting to become outdated in other parts of the world and by 2010 will be long gone. What about VDSL2? Thats where the future is if we arent going to use fibre cables for broadband I think. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Very_High_Speed_Digital_Subscriber_Line_2
