Hi

I am now connected to ADSL24 broadband service. It has seemed like an age, but BT did their job on day stipulated; for a change

I now look forward to a long broadband experience with ADSL24, well I hope so, as I stayed with Plusnet for 3 years and they were terrible for the last 18months

I also got my new Netgear 834 router and configuring went like a dream

Is there any advice about the next 10days or should it synch at the usual 4.5MB?

Just leave it connected 24/7....Don't reboot router.
