I expect I am doing something wrong but I am not receiving emails on my primary email address at simon@slawrence.adsl24.co.uk

I was transferred today

Any advice would be great

I have set up the details in outlook as per email from James, so I think that side is ok

I can send emails with new email address ok

This new address is the one I signed up with

I've just sent a test e-mail to your e-mail address and its sitting waiting to go in to your inbox. Can you confirm the settings you have got in outlook? Make sure your username for the account is the full e-mail address and not just slawrnece.

Would that be the account name in the Incoming mail Server section of Outlook setup and be simon@slawrence.adsl.co.uk?

I am a little confused, as I weas follwing , what I thought was correct proceedure by entering the user name into this field, rather tan full email address
