ADSL2+ upgrade

Hey,

Just wondering - our exchange was just upgraded to ADSL2+ so I went into my account details and clicked on the ADSL2+ icon.

Is it normal that within Order Status I have a cease request logged as of today??

Please put my mind at ease that this is just a cease request for adsl for us to be transfered to adsl2+

Our exchange was also upgraded this week (Tuesday). You should receive an email noting when your line is switched over to the new equipment. After you receive this email you'll need to get in touch with James so he can switch you over before the new packages come into play.

I haven't received an email yet so I'm probaly gonna have to wait a while yet (:() ! My "Order Status" doesn't show anything.
