I expect their business model does not have:

Step 4) P*ss off customers so that they all leave

Mind you - a nice bit of insight from them about what's happening for those who have a genuine issue would be nice.

Good for you at least you are doing something active, unlike those who would rather burry their heads in the sand. I seem many people have done the same on many forums, good luck to those who live in glass houses.
