Basically after months of painful support from Tiscali with no resolve I have just received my MAC on the third attempt to get it. But the lady on the phone said this will run out 25th April I have just signed up for the home30 deal here on adsl24 but I fear as I have 8 days left to run on my MAC will it be enough time and what happens if it isn't enough time?
As soon as BT accept the order - it doesn't matter if your migration to us is in 25 days! The MAC expiry date is the date we order with BT by. As long as you've filled in the payment details via the eBilling site (you should have had an email, or will get it shortly) then the MAC code is used up :)
Welcome to ADSL24 Trixwivstix a Mac Code usually lasts for 30 days when it is issued but if you have already given it to ADSL24 and it has been accepted it doesn't really matter how many days are left, if you are worried e-mail support and they will clarify if the Mac Code is ok!.

Thanks for the reassurance and I'm looking forward to having a real broadband connection again.
Trust me you wont regret migrating to ADSL24. ADSL24 so far are very good well from my point of view anyway and I think a lot of other users would have to agree with me.

Yeah will do, I haven't had the email yet though but it was around 5:30pm when I signed up on your website. I won't forget, I have been trying to migrate form tiscali for 4 weeks. I'm not going through that again !!

Still no email to set up payment. I'm itching to move ISP.
Be sure to check your spam inbox!
You can always resend the password to your e-mail address https://billing.enta.net/forgotpassword.php (enter the email address you signed up with)
Then, when you login, it will show you the Order on hold and let you setup payment.
