Problem with usage stats?

Tried for the last few days to view my usage stats at the 'enta billing site' and they're all reset to zero. Is this a general issue or just my old self?

I should maybe point out that I am ceasing my connection and maybe thats the issue,however I would still like to have my usage stats available up until that date.

Yep, you are currently in the process of migrating away/ceasing therefore the usage stats are no longer shown because the account is deactivated on the accounting side, albeit still live on the service/connection side. In other words you don't need to worry about the usage as it's not being logged from what I can see.
