Contract Length

The info on the new packages says:
Contract length
We offer a 1 month contract as standard on all packages. We don't need to tie our customers into long contracts which gives you added peace of mind should your requirements change.

I may have missed something but it is not clear to me when the contract starts. Does it run from 30th March or from the date when the next payment is due (April 16th in my case)?

It's from the next billing date after March 30th.

So the 16th in your case :) But there is no change there so not sure why it's relevent...
