I know central 4 is online but is it working 100%
Thought when it came online the problem with off peak slow down would stop. It is better i know that but central 4 is allways showing green and 7.2.

I assume only 1 segment was lit when it went live, as is usual practice. The other 3 segments will be lit progressively as finances permit.

As regards to this, before the new central and network upgrades arrived i suffered speeds at off peak but i hardly dont now at all. I can only suggest that your local exchange is congested or somewhere your datastream is being affected by sync loss or something similiar

i can see from enta noc that central 5,6,7 now showing any date for when they will go live or am i asking a silly question.

Check with ADSL24 on that but Shone honestly i dont think its a central issue, i did have off peak troubles but if your on a congested switch thats amber and reconnect and go to a green its usually fine. Contact James or someone and see if you can get checked out as the centrals are fine very rarely amber in fact, the new one recently has made a big difference and the others newly listed are new central switches that are just Entanet's continous future upgrade investments on the network. It can depend on many factors but i really dont think its a central congestion affecting you.

Sorry i dont think i made myself clear when the central i am on goes amber and says expected performance 3.8 thats when i get slow down it is better than the 2.0 before central 4 went live and i understand why it happened just thought it would have been better after.When it does happen all the other centrals are about the same exept for central 4 which show green and 7.2 that why i asked if central 4 was working at 100%.
Its not a great problem i dont mind downloading through the day cos getting great speeds and got good allowance.
