A few moments ago I received an email saying that I have less than 20% allowance this month. The content of the email is:
Period: 1st Mar 2009 - 31st Mar 2009

---------------------------------
PEAK and OFF-PEAK USED
---------------------------------
Peak download: 38.49 GB
Off-peak download: 57.10 GB
Peak upload: 2.45 GB
Off-peak upload: 2.53 GB

---------------------------------
TOTAL USED
---------------------------------
Peak: 40.94 GB
Off-peak: 59.63 GB

---------------------------------
TOTAL REMAINING
---------------------------------
Peak: -25.94 GB
Off-peak: 240.37 GB

I then went and check usage on my account page, and found out that:
- Apparently I've used 273% of my monthly allowance with -173% left (for peak)
- For off peak, the graph throws an error "Illegal pie plot"
- No data usage displayed for 1st - today
- My billing date is 1 April 2009 <- which means my allowance should reset, no?

weird stuff are happening :( I hope i can get an explanation or some reassurance :D

Thanks

PS: my username is c3179186
PSS: doesn't seem to effect the speed though ;o

Had a similar email myself. Looks like Enta have screwed up yet again.

Hello Gary. You have less than 15% usage allowance left this month as of midnight last night.

Period: 1st Mar 2009 - 31st Mar 2009

Same here, my bill date was 2nd April but the usage thing is still showing last months use , with a pie plot error on the off peak bit , typical Enta everything they touch they make a **** up of it

They haven't tried to charge me yet. I'll see what James thinks ^o^

oh and also, my exchange went live a few days ago, but I still get the old speed ;[
how long does it take until I can use that 24Mb speed? <3

Well after BT's 6 month delay at my exchange, it finally went live. I asked to be 'fast tracked' 3 weeks ago. Initally it was to be 8 days. Supposed 'equipment failure' has meant I'm still waiting for another date to be set :o. So don't hold your breath ;)

Nothing to do with Enta this one. It's because the first lot of customers have gone live on their new package, so the e-mail report system needs to be updated to pick up on the new packages that are now in force for those customers as well as still work for the customers whose bill date is later this month.

This should be sorted by the end of the weekend.

Nothing to do with Enta? We're on a new package as a result of Entas changes. Their reporting system should have been ready before the changeover, not after. If it isn't Entanet at fault, who is it?
